Getting All The Hip Flexors Moving with Katy Bowman

The pelvis can tilt in many directions, unless stiff muscles get in the way. Many folks are working on improving their pelvic mobility as they deal with low back pain, pelvic floor issues, and going into pregnancy. In this online workshop, Katy will break down the different muscles in the “hip flexor” category and why each needs to be addressed through their own targeted exercises.
This is a dynamic event – come prepared to move! Class is mostly movement, with a little Q and A thrown in.
All that's required is a device connected to good internet for video streaming. A recording will be available afterward if you can't make it live!
For the best follow-along experience, create a space big enough to lie down in, with a few props handy: block, strap, and some soft bolstering, like a blanket or a couple pillows.
