I got to know Sandro through one of our community members, Melanie Kovacs.

I'd been complaining about how the audience for our podcast wasn't growing.

It's because we don't talk about it enough.

But marketing the podcast felt like a lot of effort.

Talking to Sandro I saw how this effort could be removed but it meant being more intentional and having a process.

During this conversation we'll talk about that process and also more widely about how  marketing doesn't have to be so hard.
