Don Pearson brings over 35 years of management experience to the Inductive Automation team. His experience includes a broad business background of ownership and management positions in the food & beverage and hospitality sectors, and a business consulting partnership in the healthcare and insurance industries. Additionally, Don spent nearly 20 years in sales and management roles for a new-media company. He currently oversees Inductive Automation's sales and marketing initiatives and works closely with the management team to develop and execute the overall corporate strategy.

Todd Anslinger (Chevron)
Todd Anslinger has worked at Chevron for 18 years, with 25 years serving the industry. As the IIoT CoE Lead, he is responsible for communicating with Chevron business units globally about the value that particular use cases could bring to them, as well as the enterprises, and provides the resources to help the BU’s navigate the first couple of IIoT projects until they can build their own IIoT organizational capabilities.
Todd comes from a process automation background and is keenly in tune with operations and facilities engineering. Previous roles include serving as a Mobile Oil Automation Engineer, a Systems Integration Business Owner, Chevron Mid-Continent Automation/SCADA Engineer, an ETC Process Automation Control Systems Engineer -SCADA and PCN Security Team.
