Superbowl Cooking with a Chef's Ego

It’s Game Day! It’s finally Superbowl weekend and Chef Shane wants to help you prepare for the celebrations. In this cooking class, Chef Shane will teach participants how to prepare a lovely game day menu.
Menu:
Smash burger and Shane's special burger sauce
Lemon pepper baked chicken wings
Garlic parmesan fries
Ingredients:
Smash Burger Ingredients:
500 gr – Ground Beef, 3-to-4-ounce patties.
Salt and Pepper – To Taste
Cheddar Cheese
4 – Brioche Buns
2 Tbsp - Butter
Sauce:
1 Cup – Mayonnaise
5 Tablespoon – Ketchup
2 Tablespoon – Yellow Mustard
1 Tablespoon – White Vinegar
225 Grams – Dill Pickles
1 Tablespoon – Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon – Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon – White Sugar
Sal and Pepper – To Taste
Choice of toppings: Pick Your Favourites
Example: Lettuce, Tomato, Banana Pepper, Onion, etc.
Lemon Pepper Wings Ingredients:
2lbs – Wings
2 tsp – Kosher Salt
2 tsp – Baking Powder
1 Tbsp – Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Lemon Pepper Seasoning:
3 Whole – Lemons, Zested
2 Tbsp – Pepper
1 tsp – Sugar
1 tsp – Garlic Powder
1 tsp – Onion Powder
1 tsp – Celery Salt
Garlic Parm Fries Ingredients:
2-4 Whole – Russet Potato
4-6 Tbsp – Olive Oil
2-4 Cloves – Garlic, minced
2-4 Tbsp – Parmesan, grated
4-6 Tbsp –Parsley, chopped
