The Friday Fireside with Ole Kassow - How do you become a changemaker?
By The Happy Startup School
This Friday on our Fireside we'll be joined by the inspirational social entrepreneur and founder of Cycling Without Age Ole Kassow.
Ole is giving new meaning to the idea of ‘active citizenship’, using cycling to build bridges between generations and reinforce the potential for trust and respect at the heart of society. Through stories, connections and championing the Right to Wind in Your Hair, Ole’s movement has become a global phenomenon stretching far beyond its birthplace in Copenhagen.
Ole spoke at our first Summercamp at the Hideout back in 2013. He spoke about kindness in business and his warmth and wisdom touched everyone that came.
4 years later he returned to Summercamp to give us an update on his journey building Cycling Without Age from a simple idea into a global movement.
Join us when we re-connect again on Friday to get inspired by Ole and learn:
- How anyone can become a changemaker
- Why your story can become your story of change
- What this pandemic has done to us and what it means to be old
- The mission CWA is on to address social isolation and loneliness
- How his community has come together to innovate and find creative solutions in a challenging year
