Accessible Spaces - Tips For Small Businesses

By TPL Programs

If you're a small business owner, are you aware of the accessibility requirements for your business?
While accessible information and legal requirements are in great demand, for many businesses non-technical issues are often the hardest to recognize and address.
Learn some examples of physical, built-in features that can be improved upon to increase accessibility. Presented by Pina D’Intino, an internationally recognized accessibility speaker, entrepreneur, and the founder of accessibility consultancy company Aequum Global Access Inc.
For 20 years, she has helped businesses achieve inclusion through diversity, accessibility, and leadership.
Pina will share her journey and experiences, including acquiring a disability at the peak of her career, and tips on how small businesses/workplaces can exercise empathy and take steps towards inclusion and create more accessible spaces.
This program will have live captioning.
This program will be recorded and available for replay at the same link.
This Live & Online presentation is part of TPL's Small Business programming, supported by Shopify.
