Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah: Chain-Gang All-Stars

By TPLCulture

Author Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah joins us to discuss his hotly-anticipated debut novel, Chain-Gang All-Stars.
Set within a depraved private prison system, the novel follows two women fighting in a highly-popular, highly-controversial, profit-raising program in America’s increasingly dominant private prison industry. It’s the return of the gladiators and prisoners are competing for the ultimate prize: their freedom.
Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah discusses Chain-Gang All-Stars with host Anupa Mistry.
