5/23 day long meditation with Alexis

During challenging times, we can either deepen our patterns of fear and anxiety or we can open to them, finding our way to greater wisdom and compassion.
We'll practice together with guided meditations, periods of silence, and opportunities to move the body. The day will include Q&A as well as time for discussion.
We'll be exploring a natural and easeful approach to integrating your meditation practice into your daily life.
