Workshop: Inner Child Healing

The spiritual sphere is full of ideas on what our Inner Child needs to feel safe and loved. But healing your Inner Child is a very personal process- it requires curiosity, commitment, and compassion.
Maybe you find yourself feeling anxious in public, getting really upset by small things in life, or having extreme reactions to ordinary situations. Maybe you are aware of intense trauma that happened in your childhood and want to heal from it, or maybe you just know your Inner Child needs your attention.
No matter who we are or how we grew up, we all have an Inner Child calling for our love and attention. This 2-hour workshop will take you through the process of discovering your Inner Child, becoming familiar with their characteristics, needs, and desires, and taking the steps to acknowledge and heal them in the perfect way for you.
Along the way, Christine will share personal stories and personal perspectives, supported by years of professional experience, and unveil the inner workings of the Inner Child with impactful and profound wisdom.
