This week we will start with our 5 breathing exercises, then I’ll guide you on a Yang to Yin Practice - a strong Vinyasa Flow to build heat in the body, followed by YIN poses to help you access the deeper parts of your body that need opening and healing. We’ll end with a guided, deeply restorative Savasana.
