Hennie van Vuuren is the founding director of Open Secrets and has over twenty years’ experience working on issues of economic crime and accountability from within civil society. Hennie is the author of the bestselling Apartheid Guns & Money: A Tale of Profitand The Unaccountables: The powerful politicians and corporations who profit from impunity andco-author of The Devil in the Detail: How the Arms Deal changed everything.
Koketso Moeti has a long background in civic activism and has over the years worked at the intersection of governance, communication and people power. She is focused on connecting people in critical moments to take targeted, coordinated and strategic action for real change. In 2021 Moeti was announced as an inaugural Collective Action in Tech Fellow. She is also an inaugural Obama Foundation Fellow, Atlantic Fellow for Racial Equity and an Aspen New Voices Senior Fellow.
