But too often tech paints a picture of inclusivity that isn't accurate in the real world. We firmly take a stance against inequality, racism, and discrimination. As one of our initiatives, we want to do our part to help anyone fighting for equality by sponsoring their account.

If you are an organization or individual standing up to defend the values of justice and equality, Crowdcast will provide you with a free subscription so you can spread your message and further support your community.

We love the diversity of events on Crowdcast and are motivated by the amazing knowledge our hosts share. We also recognize that now more than ever, our company is in a unique position to amplify the voices of the unheard by making our platform more accessible.

About the Program

The Equality Program sponsors accounts using Crowdcast for activism, anti-racism, and political resistance. Eligible applicants will be granted free subscriptions to the live video platform in order to educate and organize around politically urgent causes like economic opportunity, racial equality, climate justice, and immigration rights.

Sponsorship is open to both individual applicants and organizations. Organizations do not have to have nonprofit or 501(c)(3) status to participate, but they must primarily be focused on a cause or issue that advocates for enhanced equality, justice or the defense of rights.

Terms & restrictions

Sponsorship length — Sponsorship is for 1 year from the date of acceptance into the program. Accounts may apply for extension before the end of their sponsorship by contacting [email protected].
A few restrictions — This program is for accounts that use Crowdcast for activism and organizing. Accounts that primarily use Crowdcast for unrelated purposes are subject to removal from the sponsorship program. While our goal is to grant access to Crowdcast to everyone who needs it who is doing politically vital activism work, we reserve the right to deny any applications that offer insufficient information or whose values do not clearly further the causes of equality and justice.
