Common Questions

What is considered a "live participant"?

It's the number of people who show up live. If you have 60 registered users and 25 show up live during the webinar, then you have 25 live participants. In that case you should be fine on the Lite plan.

What happens when more people attend live than you expected?

You can choose to block extra live participants or allow them to join at a fee per extra live participant.

Can I change plans easily?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. We don't lock you in, unlike some other products out there.
